Prom season in Broward County compresses into a tight six-week window from late April through the end of May, and every high school from Western Academy Charter to Nova High runs its prom within that stretch. Fleet availability drops fast. A 30-student, 6-hour prom package — school pickup, a photo stop at C.B. Smith Park or Brian Piccolo Park, venue drop-off at a Hollywood Beach or Fort Lauderdale hotel ballroom, and a post-event return — runs $1,800–$2,200 all-in when booked by December.
The same package in March, when most parents finally start calling, runs $2,800–$3,500 if anything is still available at all.
For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing and limited availability. We work with parent committees and student groups across Davie, Cooper City, and Pembroke Pines to get the dates secured early. The bus arrives at the school, everyone loads in their formal wear, and the ride to the venue becomes part of the night rather than a logistics afterthought.
